Multi CursorTerms of Service
Effective November 5, 2026
These terms apply to the Multi Cursor software and this website, provided by SpeciAI, 4F, 8 Teheran-ro 2-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Multi Cursor on computers you control. You may not resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the software or its cursor designs.
Free trial and free use
All features are available for 14 days. After that, one cursor remains free.
Annual pass
The annual pass costs one payment and lasts 365 days. It does not renew automatically. If you buy another pass while one is active, the new year starts when the current one ends. When a pass ends, multiple cursors, automation cursors, monitoring and automatic updates stop until you buy a new pass.
Cursor designs
Designs you buy stay available to you and do not expire. A credit unlocks one design and has no cash value.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and sales tax. By buying, you also agree to Creem's Buyer Terms.

Acceptable use
You must use Multi Cursor only on computers you are allowed to control, and you are responsible for what AI programs do with the access you give them. Do not use it to monitor other people, to bypass security controls, or to break the law.
Disclaimer
Multi Cursor sends input to other apps. Check important actions yourself. To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with its effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.

사용 허락
회사는 이용자가 관리하는 컴퓨터에 멀티 커서를 설치해 쓸 수 있는 개인적이고 비독점적인 권리를 드립니다. 프로그램과 커서 디자인을 재판매, 역설계, 재배포할 수 없습니다.
무료 체험과 무료 사용
모든 기능을 14일 동안 쓸 수 있습니다. 그 뒤에도 커서 1개는 무료로 쓸 수 있습니다.
연간 이용권
연간 이용권은 한 번 결제하며 365일 동안 유효합니다. 자동으로 갱신되지 않습니다. 이용권이 남아 있을 때 다시 구매하면 남은 기간이 끝난 뒤부터 1년이 시작됩니다. 기간이 끝나면 새 이용권을 구매할 때까지 여러 커서, 자동화 커서, 관제, 자동 업데이트가 중단됩니다.
커서 디자인
구매한 디자인은 기한 없이 쓸 수 있습니다. 크레딧 1개로 디자인 1개를 열 수 있으며 현금으로 바꿀 수 없습니다.
결제
구매는 판매 대행사 Creem이 처리하며, Creem이 결제와 판매세를 맡습니다. 구매하면 Creem 구매자 약관에도 동의하게 됩니다.
환불
환불 정책을 따릅니다.
이용 규칙
이용자가 제어할 권한이 있는 컴퓨터에서만 써야 하며, AI 프로그램에 준 권한으로 일어난 일은 이용자가 확인하고 책임집니다. 다른 사람을 감시하거나 보안 통제를 우회하거나 법을 어기는 데 쓸 수 없습니다.
책임 제한
멀티 커서는 다른 앱으로 입력을 보내는 프로그램이므로 중요한 동작은 직접 확인해 주십시오. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임은 청구 전 12개월 동안 이용자가 지급한 금액으로 제한됩니다. 소비자 관련 법령상의 권리는 이 조항으로 제한되지 않습니다.
약관 변경
약관을 바꾸면 시행일과 함께 이 페이지에 게시합니다.
준거법
이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 이용자가 거주하는 곳의 강행 소비자 보호 규정을 제한하지 않습니다.
