SpeciAI provides Multi Cursor. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What stays on your computer

Multi Cursor needs to see input and window information to work. Your keystrokes, screen contents, window titles, app activity and cursor settings stay on your computer and are not sent to us. Logs are kept locally.

What we collect when you buy

We collect your email address, the name and country you enter, your order number, the item you bought and its payment status. We use these to deliver your purchase, restore it and answer support requests. Card details are entered in the Creem checkout and are never available to us.

Update checks

If you have an annual pass and automatic updates are on, the app sends your pass to our server about once a day to check for a new version.

Service providers

Creem (payment and tax), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database) and Cloudflare (update files). Some of these process data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for five years, as Korean e-commerce law requires, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us. Some records must be kept for the period the law requires.

스페시아이는 멀티 커서를 제공하며, 이 방침은 어떤 정보를 왜 처리하는지 설명합니다.

내 컴퓨터에만 남는 정보

멀티 커서는 동작을 위해 입력과 창 정보를 읽습니다. 입력 내용, 화면, 창 제목, 앱 활동, 커서 설정은 이용자의 컴퓨터에만 남고 회사로 보내지 않습니다. 기록 파일도 컴퓨터 안에 저장됩니다.

구매할 때 처리하는 정보

이메일 주소, 입력한 이름과 나라, 주문번호, 구매 상품, 결제 상태를 처리합니다. 구매 제공, 복원, 고객 지원에 씁니다. 카드 정보는 Creem 결제 화면에서 입력하며 회사는 볼 수 없습니다.

업데이트 확인

연간 이용권이 있고 자동 업데이트가 켜져 있으면 새 버전을 확인하기 위해 하루 한 번쯤 이용권 정보를 서버로 보냅니다.

처리 위탁과 국외 이전

Creem(결제·세금), Vercel(호스팅), Neon(데이터베이스), Cloudflare(업데이트 파일)에 맡깁니다. 일부는 미국 등 국외에서 처리됩니다.

보관 기간

주문 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 5년 동안 보관한 뒤 삭제합니다.

이용자의 권리

이메일로 열람, 정정, 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 법이 정한 기간 동안 보관해야 하는 기록은 예외입니다.
