Refund Policy

You can try every feature free for 14 days before you buy.

Within 7 days

Email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund of an annual pass, or of credits and designs you have not used.

After you use a design

Designs and credits already used are digital content delivered at once, so they are not refundable unless they do not work.

If something does not work

If the software or a design does not work as described and we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

How to ask

Email contact@speciai.ai.kr with your order number. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Creem. After a refund, the purchase is removed from your account.

Nothing here limits refund rights you have under the law where you live.

연간 이용권과 사용하지 않은 크레딧·디자인은 구매일부터 7일 이내에 이메일로 요청하면 전액 환불해 드립니다.

디자인을 사용한 경우

이미 사용한 디자인과 크레딧은 즉시 제공되는 디지털 콘텐츠이므로, 정상 동작하지 않는 경우를 제외하고 환불되지 않습니다.

정상 동작하지 않는 경우

프로그램이나 디자인이 설명대로 동작하지 않고 회사가 고칠 수 없으면 환불해 드립니다.

요청 방법

주문번호와 함께 contact@speciai.ai.kr로 보내 주십시오. 영업일 3일 안에 답변합니다. 환불은 Creem을 통해 원래 결제 수단으로 이루어지며, 환불 뒤에는 구매 내역에서 제외됩니다.

이 정책은 이용자가 거주하는 곳의 법에 따른 환불 권리를 제한하지 않습니다.
